''Keilalphabetische Texte aus Ugarit '' or KTU is the standard source reference collection for the cuneiform texts from Ugarit. (''Keil'' is the German for wedge, ''Schrift'' for writing.) 〔Johannes Cornelis de Moor ''An Anthology of religious texts from Ugarit'' 1987 p309 "KTU M. Dietrich, O. Loretz, J. Sanmartin, Die keil-alphabetischen Texte aus Ugarit, Bd. 1, Neukirchen 1976."〕 The editors include Manfried Dietrich (born in Yuanjiang, China, 6 Nov. 1935) of the University of Munster ''Institut für Altorientalische Philologie'', Oswald Loretz, and Joaquín Sanmartín of the University of Barcelona. The abbreviation is usually used according to the German, KTU² with ² indicating the second edition: Dietrich, Loretz, and Sanmartin. ''The Cuneiform Alphabetic Texts from Ugarit, Ras Ibn Hani and Other Places''. Münster 1995. Occasionally the abbreviation CAT is also used for the second edition, though this is less common.〔Sarah Iles Johnston ''Religions of the ancient world: a guide'' 2004 p697 "CAT M. Dietrich, O. Loretz, and J. Sanmartin, The Cuneiform Alphabetic Texts from Ugarit, Ras Ihn Hani, and Other Places (Miinster: Ugarit-Verlag, 1995) (= second edition of KTU)"〕 The KTU cataloguing system overlaps with two earlier systems: * UT - Cyrus Gordon ''Ugaritic textbook'' Rome (1965) * CTA - Andrée Herdner ''Corpus tablettes alphabetiques'' Paris (1963). ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Keilschrift Texte aus Ugarit」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
